Beyond real estate acquisitions, I work with property owners, investors, and business owners to evaluate opportunities, resolve property-related obstacles, and establish a clear path forward. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and strategic coordination to both straightforward and complex real estate situations.
My real estate journey began in 2005 when I worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer. That experience introduced me to the financing, acquisition, and investment sides of the real estate industry.
Over the years, I have worked alongside builders, developers, lenders, underwriters, construction teams, escrow companies, real estate investors, and business owners. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of commercial and residential real estate—and what it takes to move an opportunity from evaluation to closing.
Through Kingdom Assets, we acquire and sell land, houses, and commercial properties for our own account. We also provide property strategy and activation coordination for owners of vacant, underused, and challenging properties.
